Job Title: Field Crew Lead
Department: Field Operations / Construction
Reports to: Project Manager / Operations Manager
Type of Position: Hourly – $18 – $30
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Arrive at shop/job site on time and prepared to work
- Strong work ethic and good attitude
- Lead Projects involving general construction:
- Demo and tear out of structures
- Framing and general carpentry
- Concrete footings and pads
- Finishing work and instillation
- Fixture instillation
- Lifting and moving materials
- Railing and stair construction
- Read and interpret blueprints/ building plans
- Master layout and planning of structures
- Coordinate jobsite flow and production
- Supervise apprentices and keep them on task
- Power wash and cleaning
- Bring personal tools and tool belt
- Wear appropriate workwear/attire for the job site
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Report maintenance issues with tools and vehicles
- Assist in the maintenance of vehicles, trailers, and equipment
- Connect, haul, back, and park trailers
- Comply with company safety policy, procedures, and practices
- Participate in company events
