This roofing project we completed in Duvall, WA was for a long-time customer! They are getting ready to sell their home and needed to replace the roof.
The roof needed to be completely stripped, 10-15 sheets pf plywood replaced, insulation and framing inspected / repaired around a small leak, and a new roof installed!
This project took 3 days, and we also helped the customer install new facia so they could have new gutters installed by a local gutter specialist. The architectural shingles used where economical but still look great and have a high quality finish to protect this home for years to come!
