Full Time
30-40 hours per week

Desired experience:
-Proficient with computer use and data entry
-Previous experience with service style business
-Proficient with Microsoft office
-Proficient with Google systems
-Quickbooks experience a huge plus
-Social media experience a huge plus
-Graphic design and artistic skills a plus

Common daily duties:
-Answer phone calls and emails promptly and in a professional manner
-Input date into customer management system
-Schedule phone, zoom, and in person appointments
-Input recipes and paperwork into computer system
-Data entry and management
-Recieve cash, check, and credit card payments from customers
-Follow up with customers and prospective leads
-Design, create, and print marketing and media materials
-Assist social media manager with content creation and posting
-Assist operations manager with crew scheduling and time cards
-Assist owner / sales lead with sales calls and appointments
-Clean, organize, and maintain office and facilities as needed
-Inventory, order, and manage daily used supplies
-Run errands, make deliveries, and drop off / pickup supplies occasionally (paid mileage or
company vehicle)
